Role Profile:
Undertaking site appraisals and providing planning advice to clients.
Preparing Planning Statements and other supporting documents and representations to Local Plan consultations.
Coordinating the submission of a full range of planning applications including full, outline, hybrid, Section 73, Section 96A, discharge of conditions.
Communicating with other planning professionals, clients, Local Planning Authorities and technical consultants.
Organising and managing community consultation including stakeholder mapping, organising public exhibitions and meetings with key stakeholders, preparing consultation material, attending consultation events, analysing feedback and preparing Statement of Community Involvement reports.
Developing business skills and client care including attending networking events and functions and building relationships with other property professionals.
Package:
Salary - High 30's - Low 50's (experience dependent) + Discretionary bonus

About You:
You will have experience in a Planning role, ideally within a Private Consultancy
Will be MRTPI Chartered
Have excellent communication skills
Be ambitious and ready to excel your career
