The Role
As a Senior Training Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping our client’s Training and Development programme for domestic abuse professionals, frontline responders and organisations.
Developing and delivering a range of courses from within their suite of training products, you will collaborate with their team of Lead Trainers, Training Co-ordinators and Associates. You will ensure their programmes are in line with strategic priorities and are of the highest quality.
You will also oversee and drive forward an additional programme as well as the other suite of Accredited Courses, line manage Programme Leads and Lead Trainers and act as the Quality Assurance Lead for their suite of OCN Accredited Courses.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure the development of materials and documentation
- Work with colleagues to market and promote their courses to a wide range of audiences
- Manage training income and budgets
About You
To be considered as a Senior Training Lead, you will need:
- Experience as a practitioner working with victims of domestic abuse and their families
- Experience delivering training
- Strong line management skills and experience
- Knowledge of the domestic abuse sector
- An understanding of public protection arrangements, the provision of policing, health and social care and multi-agency and/or partnership working in the UK
- An understanding of public policy as it relates to domestic abuse
