Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Senior Training Operations Coordinator for our client based in Crowthorne.
Role: Senior Training Operations Coordinator
Location: Crowthorne - working from home, two office days a month (flexibility around this is required in the event of meetings) The office is available more often for people who prefer.
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum
The Role:
Reporting to the Training Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of assigned training programs. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of program scheduling, managing logistics, working with Clients and collaborating with internal stakeholders to guarantee a seamless learning experience.
- Work with Key Account Directors/New Business Development to understand program requirements and then work closely with Clients to manage and coordinate successful delivery.
- Create project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables and timelines for large scale programs.
- Coordinate with trainers, associates, subject matter experts and vendors to ensure all resources are prepared and available for successful program delivery.
- Scheduling/diary management
- Create assigned programs in Salesforce
- Jointly or solely responsible for program management and participant administration.
- Support and create pre-course work, diagnostics and evaluations
- Collate and review training materials by program for quality assurance purposes and make necessary changes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Clients, trainers and internal stakeholders
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and clients to provide program updates and maintain positive relationships.
- Review program evaluation and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide project specific online diagnostic support and assist in invoicing.
- Responsible for the operational aspect of online learning using existing library of digital resources and generating Vimeo links.
- Point of contact and editor for training recordings, including adding subtitles.
- Coordinate the review of training materials.
- Arrange printing and shipping of training materials/merchandise as required.
- Provide support to the Training Operations Manager and Operations Team.
- Generate data and report information for improving operations and program practises.
- Provide ad hoc project support for other areas of the organisation e.g. Sales
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience as a Training Coordinator, or similar administrative/support roles,
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with Clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Process and customer driven.
- An enthusiastic and positive team player who can work with/without supervision.
- Ability to work on own initiative but be able to ask for help/questions if needed.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, with strong Powerpoint skills and intermediate Excel.
- Working knowledge of Webex, Zoom, MS Teams or other virtual platforms.
