SalarySenior Transactional Finance Manager - Up to £70,000 + Bonus
Stratford Upon Avon Based (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)
Job Role:
Leading and enhancing receivables processes and end-to-end payables within a global team. Managing analysts and junior managers to establish and optimise scalable processes across ledgers, while also serving as a senior leader for the broader UK Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, covering PO and bill processes, payment runs, corporate credit card program, and expense reimbursements.
- Provide insightful analysis and reporting on payables, offering recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with buyers to ensure proper utilisation of corporate credit accounts.
- Work with Customer Success and Sales teams to address payment and invoicing challenges, maintaining tight control over the debt book.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes across both ledgers, introducing new tools for scalability.
- Lead the cash application process, ensuring accurate transaction postings and reconciling bank balances in NetSuite.
- Serve as a senior leader for the broader UK Finance Team, providing coaching, motivation, and inspiration for success.
Required Background:
- 10+ years of progressive finance management experience.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant preferred.
- Experience running and improving payables and receivables processes.
- Excellent communicator, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and drive to be a part of something special.
