We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Client Support Service team as Senior Administrator. The role will report to the Head of Client Support Service team.

The Client Support Services team, is a non-client facing team, that plays a key part in the client end to end journey, supporting the front office teams on key administration Support Services including payments, bank and investment account opening, third party appointment, Registered Office/Registered services, fee revenue, trust documentation (including providing documentation solutions and advice), ad-hoc/special projects, and data maintenance control.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy team which is at the centre of all operational and transactional activity within HSBC’s Trust operation in Jersey and gain a great understanding of Trust Company Business whilst working for one of the world’s largest and most stable financial institutions.

In this role, you will have:

  • Prepare minutes/ resolutions/ other related documents/payments/distributions for the approval and execution of authorised signatories
  • Prepare Statutory filings, including support incorporation of Jersey companies, annual confirmation with local regulator, liquidation and closing client process.
  • Support with registered office for companies incorporated in different jurisdictions where we have third party registered office appointed
  • Maintenance of NAV database corporate and client details
  • Arrangement of documents into and out of safe custody, as well as more broadly support with document storage and review.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, including the Front office teams, while ensuring regular and open two-way communication.
  • Observe and reinforce internal control policies and procedures and statutory guidelines as applicable to the role
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous trust administration experience include knowledge in trust instruments and documentation
  • NAVOne experience is desirable
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
