The Opportunity

We’re searching for a talented and driven Senior UX/UI designer to join our expanding UX Design and Research team.

What you’ll do

Leading the exploration and delivery of innovative and intuitive UX solutions within cross-functional digital product delivery teams

Communicate design ideas through sketches, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes and UI designs

Manage relationships with a variety of clients, products, and brands across diverse industries and sectors.

Oversee UX/UI design research and contribute to user research and usability tests.

Mentor and guide other team members in the design team.

Support business development in creating design concepts and prototypes for pitches that excite potential clients

Lead internal and external client meetings, workshops, and sprint ceremonies.

What we’re looking for

A Minimum of 5 years experience working in UX/UI design

Expert knowledge of UX and UI design principles and best practices

A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional UX/UI work, including your process

Extensive experience working across web and mobile platforms

Proficiency in using Figma or similar UI design tools

In-depth knowledge of Apple’s HIG and Googles’ Material Design Guidelines and an understanding of how they’re best applied

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

Active and contributive member of a collaborative design and research team.

Comfortable leading cross-functional teams

Proactive in soliciting and acting upon feedback

A solid understanding or experience in working with user research and usability testing

Trustworthy, reliable, and able to consistently produce high-quality work

Adaptable to emerging and changing product requirements

Proactive in staying up to date on the latest UX practices and UI design trends
