We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to join our Technology Services Group team. This role is located in Manchester (hybrid). 

The role is a project-oriented function with an emphasis on EMEA region. Examples would be on-boarding a new client connectivity for a well know institution, co-ordinating firewall upgrades globally and managing communications to line of business & necessary stakeholders.

Part of the role will be to document, organise information for the consumption of others whether that would be engineers or leadership. This requires the ability to present information using Microsoft office productions. The role is for a senior person who can come into a fast-paced role, get a grip of how the team is functioning and adapt to environment.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Global Network manager who can provide operational leadership/oversight for incidents, change, problem with oversight of global network
Delivery Management & Co-ordination of efforts to meet our Program & Projects of timelines 
Team Management / Leadership – Manage direct members of staff with responsibilities of administration, co-ordination of workloads and HR matters
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Operational Leadership with mindfulness of risk and clients.
Team Leadership with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritise taskings
Ability to work autonomously and lead others to better run our company
Assertive stakeholder engagement and task management
Demonstrated ability to provide operational leadership and oversight for incidents, changes, and problems
Proven track record of effectively coordinating efforts to meet program and project timelines, ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing direct reports, including administrative responsibilities, workload coordination, and HR matters
