Description

• Develop and implement innovative Warehouse Solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.
• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in warehouse technology (Automation, Systems etc)
• Lead the tender response for new business
• Provide consultancy and guidance to both new and existing customers.

Profile

A successful Warehouse Solutions Manager should have:

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a management role within a warehouse setting.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics software.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Warehouse design and layouts (Autocad, Sketchup, CLASS etc)
