Senior Warehouse Worker

AlloyGator Holdings Limited (incorporating AlloyGator Wheel Protection and Rimblades), based in Redditch, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Warehouse Operative. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth within our company, with the potential to transition into a supervisory position after the initial 6-month probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and unloading incoming stock deliveries
• Operating Counterbalance FLT efficiently and safely
• Supporting and assisting part-time colleagues when required
• Processing and packing stock accurately
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch
• Monitoring stock levels and advising on low levels
• Checking deliveries against documentation and reporting any discrepancies
• Assembling promotional material packs and monitoring stock levels
• Assisting in the assembly of profile sample chains and trade fitting kits
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Counterbalance FLT operation; possession of a valid licence preferred
• Excellent teamwork skills and experience working within a small warehouse team
• Reliability and efficiency in completing tasks
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
