SalaryWe are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join a tightknit engineering and design firm based in Bishop's Stortford. In this role, you will have the opportunity to quickly progress into an Associate Director role with equity and a genuine stake in the company's future being on offer.
The organisation has been around for over fifty years and has had in excess of 20,000 commissions covering residnetial and commercial high profile projects over that period. Projects are geographically focused on London and the Home Counties.
The company has a strong focus on residential projects, which means your work will be fast moving and varied, offering you the chance to experience a different day each day and to also work with all major building materials including glass and aluminium. This role involves a lot of steel fabrication. The company also works on commercial projects but at a lesser rate.
This role will suit someone with similarly varied experience at a small or medium sized firm. Whilst being chartered or near-chartered is beneficial, it is not essential. You will ideally have a minimum of four years in the industry.
