- Department:Serious Injury/Catastrophic Injury
- Location: Bolton office, 1 day a week from home
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a challenging caseload of complex Serious Injury claims, including brain damage and spinal injury cases. From the initial stages through to settlement, your expertise and experience in multi-track litigation will be crucial in ensuring our clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve. Some of these higher value claims may exceed £1 million.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in multi-track litigation
- Demonstrable track record of effectively managing a mixed caseload of high-value work, both pre and post litigation
- Knowledge and understanding of complex Serious Injury claims
- Strong legal acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in Multi-Track cases will be highly regarded
