Lawyer - Serious injury - Bristol - to £48,500 - ref 58212334TLB
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Personal Injury department, they are now seeking to appoint a Lawyer to work alongside the Partner to lead on a caseload of complex high value multi-track and catastrophic injury RTA & EL / PL claims involving brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputations valued to £10M.
The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of indemnity, liability and medical issues is essential as well as a thorough working knowledge of case law and litigation practice.
You will be involved in investigating claims from the outset including witness statements, reviewing complex disclosure, attending conferences, considering quantum and making offers.

The Candidate

• Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive / Experienced Paralegal with previous experience working in a similar role
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
