My client is looking for a Service Administrator to join their business. They are a well-established HVAC solutions provider whose clients ranges from domestic clients to large Oil Refinery Sites, Hospitals, Shopping Centres and many more. Their ideal candidate will have previous experience as an administrator and be able to work up to 30hrs per week. Required to work a full day on a Friday 8.30am to 5pm. For the other days there is the option for applicants to have Thursdays off and work full days Mon-Wed or alternatively spread the hours across Mon-Thurs say 9am - 2pm / 8:30am – 2pm for these days.
Service Administrator role:
The successful Service Administrator will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for assisting with the general office duties that support the day-to-day operations on the business. These include:
- General reception duties - answering the company phones and taking deliveries where required. The applicant will require good communication and organisational skills.
- Use of Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Data inputting and processing on company CRM database.
- Maintenance of client and supplier online portals.
- Client contracts administration.
- Job Invoicing (Sage Line 50); on the job training would be provided if necessary.
- Liaising with the company engineers.
- Supporting the company Service Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Ability to work flexibly in a reactive work environment.
Service Administrator requirement:
Proven administrative work experience
Confident with Microsoft Office
Excellent communicator and well organised

Service Administrator package:
Salary £12.00 per hour
Pension
20 days holiday + banks hols (5 days will be used for annual Christmas shut down)
2 days ‘company holiday’ (1 day in Feb and 1 day in October)
