Salary - £24000 - £27000 DOE
Mon – Fri
Key responsibilities include…
• Identify & quote parts to customer’s requirements
• Process incoming service, input & update on internal IT System (Pegasus Opera)
• Log service calls with our approved 3rd party service agents for on-site visits. where appropriate
• Arrange courier collections and / or exchanges of faulty equipment where appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service to all service users at all times
• Arrange customer returns authorisations in line with company policy
• Process department invoices & credits
• General administration tasks – Filing etc.
• Support the Service Controller with any other requirements to meet the needs of the department.
