SalaryHoneycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client, to recruit for a Service Administrator, to join their team in Cookstown.Due to growth within the business, our client is expanding their team, making it an excellent time to join.
The Service Administrator will act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, both new and existing via telephone and email. They will be responsible for listening intently to customer requests, registering quotations on the internal system and contacting the relevant departments to ensure requests are managed efficiently. In addition, The Service Administrator will allocate calls to the appropriate departments and provide informative company information to customers where applicable.
The Right Person for this role will be a confident communicator and possess strong organisational skills. They should have the ability to work well in a team, within a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and pride themselves on their ability to navigate systems. This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer-focused environment, where communication has been key.
The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £23500 - £25000, dependant on experience.
