Automotive Service and Warranty Administrator Hybrid Job Role 

• Location: Epsom, Surrey  
• Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday  
• Salary: Starting £27,500 basic with potential annual earnings up to £30,000 + grow with the job role as you develop

Responsibilities as a Service Administrator and Warranty Administrator with our client:

• Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Perform administrative tasks related to service appointments
• Conduct history checks and maintain accurate records
• Execute pre-call procedures and upsell opportunities
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Welcome and assist customers with meeting and greeting duties

In the afternoons, you will undergo comprehensive training in automotive manufacturer warranty processes, enhancing your skill set and broadening your career prospects in the automotive industry.
Requirements Of The Service Administrator:

• Previous experience in a Service Administrator role within the automotive sector is high advantageous 
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service
