Service Administrator
OA are currently working with a well established, leading organisation within the fire safety solutions industry and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator to support the management team, managing a client account ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm (40 hour week)
- Weekly Pay - £10.57 - £12.00 an hour
- Immediate start, Temporary to Permanent opportunity
- 21 Days holiday + bank holiday (once permanent)
- Free on-site parking
- Team activities and last Friday of the month treats
Service Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Raising new jobs on the system
- Scheduling engineers
- Chasing customers
- Additional admin tasks
- Responding to telephone and email customer queries
Service Administrator - Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a service / scheduling department
- Previous administration experience
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft and strong PC skills
