Role:Service Administrator

Location: Huntingdon

Hours: Mon Thurs 8am 5pm, Fri 8am 4pm.

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP27,000

I am looking for a confident and proactive Service Administrator to join a successful business based just outside Huntingdon. Due to location you will need to drive to be considered for this Service Administrator position.

What will you be doing in the Service Administrator role?

• Communicate with customers both via email and over the phone to coordinate the service department including customer repairs, breakdowns and warranty calls.
• Administration of service department including making bookings, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing quotations, invoicing, processing warranty claims and diary management
• Dealing with invoice queries

What we would like from you:

• Must be well organised and able to cope within a busy office environment.
• Excellent communication skills to be the first point of contact for incoming service and breakdown calls.
• Outgoing and friendly for small office team.
• Previous administration experience essential.
• Experience of Syrinx software advantageous.
