What you will be doing

Are you familiar with Smart Lockers? Ricoh Smart Lockers are the best solution to transform time-consuming manual tasks into automated processes. They are connected technologies used to deliver secure storage space and manage transactional processes. OurRicoh Smart Lockers deliver secure authenticated 24x7 access, with cloud-based monitoring providing real-time visibility, tracking, insights, and reporting. With 4,800 certified field service engineers, lockers installed (1.3 million doors) and 150 installs each week across Europe you will be joining a large team spearheading Ricoh's drive for performance and efficiency. What You Will Be Doing:

• As one of our Smart Locker Technician Trainee's you will be fully trained through our 2 year programme to perform efficient installations, maintenance and repair services on our Smart Lockers located across the outlined field based areas.
• You will ensure our Smart Locker customers receive outstanding service and embrace the Ricoh core value of Customer Centricity.
