Service Advisor

We are assisting to find a Service Advisor to join a lovely Service Manager and his team in Eastbourne, East Sussex . We are looking for someone who has a natural flair for building relationships and able to handle challenging situations with confidence and ease. What They Need in You They are looking for a highly driven, professional and dynamic individual to join their team allocating work to Technicians and dealing with any customer queries. You are a true people's person with an excellent track record delivering exceptional customer service. You take great pride leading by example. Most of all, you have an infectious energy and sense of fun.A Full Driving licence is also required for this role. All your hard work, rewarded; They are looking to pay a basic salary between £20,000 - £22,000 with an OTE of £40,000 - £45,000 .The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturdays are 1 in 2, 8am - 12:20pm paid at time and a half.
