SalaryOur client, a Franchised Car Dealership in the Gillingam area has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor / Service Consultant to join their team.
Basic Salary: up to £28,000, realistic earnings of £35,000 (uncapped) with additional bonus to be earned based on performance, further benefits to be discussed during interview.
Experience Required: 2 years of motor trade experience is required. A full UK driving licence is necessary to be considered for this role.
What you will be doing as a Service Advisor:
- Qualify customer requirements via pre-visit call
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day
- Arranging Onward Travel
- Quoting additional work & gaining authority
- Upsell value added products
- Invoicing
- Ensuring the customer is completely satisfied
