The Client:
Our client is a well-established automotive firm, supplying the full range of commercial trucks, used trucks, trailers and vans and provide outstanding service to their customers.
The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be managing R2C, truck service scheduling, and MOT bookings adhering to manufacturer's guidelines.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering efficient reception services for consistently high customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with the workshop, parts, and sales teams.
* Address customer concerns or complaints, finding solutions and maintaining positive customer relations.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
* Proven expertise in the service industry dealing with customers.
* Skilled in IT and customer service.
* Strong numerical and literacy skills.
* Possess technical background.
(Desirable)
* Valid driving licence.
Shifts:
* Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
* Alternate Saturdays: 6am - 12pm
