Salary- Basic Salary- From £25,790.00
- OTE-£30,000.00
- 33 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.
- Hours-42.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. With 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:00-13:00
Roles and Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Booking appointments and scheduling work for the workshop team
- Providing accurate quotations for services
- Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Managing customer expectations and resolving any issues that arise.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, main dealer experience would be desirable.
- 2 years+ experience in a Service Advisor role.
- A stable career history.
- A full UK driving license.
- A Basic Salary from £25,790.00 upwards, with bonus payments based on performance.
