This is a key role for the business, assisting customers get their cars back on the road quickly, and ensuring that their vehicle is repaired to a high standard. Our client offers a fantastic BSI kitemarked workshop and over 70 years of providing a great service to Staplehurst, Ashford, Maidstone, and the High Weald area. They have a friendly relaxed working environment with excellent staff retention. They have an authorised repair for Audi, Skoda, Volkswagen, and Honda to carry out body repairs.
The successful candidate will be responsible assisting organising the workshop diary, speaking with customers and general administrative duties.

- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the repair process.
- Maintaining effective communication with insurance companies and suppliers.
- Able to work independently Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and develop as a Service Advisor.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle accident repair processes is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Autoflow Experience is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations,
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Right to live and work with the UK.
