We are looking for a Service Advisor to manage bookings for services, MOTs, and the commercial side of trucks and HGVs. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, has excellent communication skills, and can handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Day to day of the role:- Coordinating and booking services and MOTs for trucks and HGVs.
- Answering calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Raising job cards for each service or repair task.
- Performing ad hoc duties as required to support the team.
- Managing invoices and order numbers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of duties.
- Experience with invoicing and order processing is desirable.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, particularly with trucks and HGVs, is advantageous.
