Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes – fully office based
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – 08:30 – 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break.
Duration: 12 months initially
Basic Rate: £12.00 per hour
Quality personnel are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our luxury motor industry client based in Tongwell. This is a busy team so the successful candidate needs to take ownership of customer queries in a professional manner.
To efficiently respond to all incoming emails and calls in a professional and timely manner.
To respond to queries about products and services within the agreed time scales
To record all queries and action points on the company database
To update contract administration adhering to the company procedure and process.
To effectively prioritise and organise workload
Key skills
Previous Customer Service experience
Excellent administration skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Credit check and DBS check will be required for this role - this will be obtained by Quality Personnel if successful after interview stage.
