Role: Customer Service Advisor

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Working in service reception
• Directly dealing with customers
• Making bookings
• Communicating with customers whilst their car is with us
• Supporting the workshop team with parts ordering and organisation of work flow

The ability to offer outstanding Customer Service throughout is essential.

Salary: £23,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year
