Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm and alternate Saturday mornings

The Customer Service Advisor Apprentice Opportunity:
We are expanding our business and offering an exciting opportunity to join the team as Apprentice Service Advisor at our Romford branch. Excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities await in this fantastic “career launching” role.
As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will be committed to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, have excellent communications skills, be of a smart appearance and have the desire to deliver the highest quality customer care.
You will also attend training at our state-of-the-art training centre in Derby where a vehicle and accommodation will be provided.
As a competent Service Advisor, you will have many transferable skills throughout the retail motor industry. It is not uncommon for a Service Advisor to progress through the ranks to become a Parts Manager, After Sales Manager or Service Manager.
About you:
+ Ideally you will have GCSE A-C (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and ICT although this is not mandatory
+ Well organised
+ Computer literate
+ Ability to deal with different types of customers
+ Willingness to learn
+ A 'can do' attitude to overcome challenges
