Job Description:
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and assessing their service requirements
- Providing detailed information on service options, costs, and timelines
- Scheduling service appointments and managing the service schedule
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Communicating updates and additional service recommendations to customers
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems and services
