Our client, a leading provider in the Manufacturing industry who specialise in delivering top-notch products and unparalleled customer service. As they continue expand their operations, they are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Service and Warranty Coordinator to join their team.

As a Service and Warranty Coordinator your responsibilities will be.

• Point of contact / Managing customer contract issues and enquiries and updating these within internal CRM system.
• Pivotal central liaison between Field Service Engineers, customer and warranty teams to ensure the delivery of parts both internally and externally in a timely manner.
• You will work with the Engineering and Parts departments to identify parts, raise part numbers, delivery of warranty and order entry for service parts.
• Liaising with the customer when needed to agree labour/expenses rates are agreeable and in line with quotes provided.
