A key member of the Service Delivery team and the first point of contact for customers and Me Learning staff. You will be responsible for taking technical issues through to resolution from a ticket raised, to creating high quality issues for the development team to resolve, testing solutions and accepting them as fit for release.
You will take ownership of our user guide, creating release notes, technical documentation and guidance for our bespoke cloud hosted application.
You will create bespoke learning pathways and customer sites.
You will be expected to present hand-over calls and demonstrations of our Learning Management System to customers and prospects.Salary range £22,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
Requirements
Work Experience
- Experience of working in an office environment in a customer support role
- Excellent customer Service and telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk and / or Jira or similar
- Great writing and grammar skills
- Technically adept and not afraid to learn new tools, apps or principles
- Confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest new ideas
- Self-motivated
- Collaborative
- Organisational and analytical skills
