We are a well-established service depot for a global market leader, part of a network of regional centres across the UK. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Service Centre Administrator to join our team in North Lanarkshire.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and scheduling work orders using our computerised systems
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, handling enquiries related to service bookings, parts, and repairs
- Working collaboratively with our field and workshop engineers to ensure efficient job completion
- Maintaining accurate service records and data entry
- Contributing to a positive and organised work environment
- Has experience in a similar customer service or administrator role, ideally within a service-orientated environment
- Possesses strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Enjoys clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working as part of a team
