• Position: Team Leader - Customer Service


• Location: Milton Keynes


• Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 7pm (35 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the resolution of inquiries through multiple channels.


• Support a small team in delivering effective enquiry responses.


• Assist the Team Manager with training and motivating the team.


• Play a key role in delivering projects within the team.


• Manage debt chasing and retention strategies to meet and exceed targets.


• Commit to challenging service levels and manage the escalation of complaints.


• Monitor operational data to ensure targets are met and data protection policies are followed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in team leading or supervising a Customer Service or sales team.


• Skilled in developing and motivating a telephone-based team.


• Competent in managing multi-channel inquiries, including phone, email, online chat, and social media.
