Job Description
- Manage lease agreements, ensuring all terms are adhered to and any disputes are resolved swiftly.
- Deliver excellent customer service to leaseholders, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the property management team to ensure a smooth running of all operations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leaseholder records, updating regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Liaise with legal departments when necessary on complex lease issues.
- Ensure all leaseholder communications are clear, accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to the ongoing improvement of service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant should have:
- A robust understanding of property management and leasehold agreements.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using property management software and databases.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to team dynamics.
