Service Co-ordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a Service Co-ordinator on a Permanent basis to join the team at our office in Inverness.
How can you make a difference?
The Service Co-ordinator role is an important role within the Nordex business. You will be working as part of the Northern European Service team, where you will be responsible for producing efficient, reliable and cost-effective service schedule to meet our contractual obligations and customers needs.
What will you be doing?
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Ensuring efficient resource planning and steering of all dedicated technicians
- Prioritise open work orders within defined company rules and guidelines using standard times and expected driving times.
- Ensuring work orders are set up for all incoming jobs.
- Regular checks of material availability
- Ensuring effective communication of technician’s activities internally
- Informing customers about planned activities at site.
- Ensuring all completed work orders contain the necessary documentation.
- Working with Lead Technicians to prepare availability reports in the ADM database.
- Responsibility for the implementation of service notifications to affect wind farms in conjunction with site teams.
What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a workload planning environment or have logistics related experience within the wind industry.
You will have a strong customer service focus and thrive in a busy problem-solving environment. It is also essential that you have strong IT skills with experience using MS Office, SAP and planning tools.
This role also requires you to have strong communication and collaboration skills as you will be working with different stakeholders.
