As a Service Coordinator at, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of satellite communication services to our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating service requests, managing customer inquiries, and liaising with internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly. Key Responsibilities:
Service Request Coordination:
Receive and process service requests from clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of satellite communication systems.
Coordinate service deployments and scheduling with field technicians and engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, activities, and customer communications using our CRM system.
Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on service requests, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Technical Assistance:
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and configuration of satellite communication equipment and software.
Collaborate with technical support teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or dispatch field technicians when necessary.
Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate service records, including equipment inventory, service agreements, and warranty information.
Generate reports and metrics to track service performance, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for service coordination and customer support.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or service coordination roles, preferably in the satellite communications industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non–technical audiences.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
