Salary We are currently seeking an experienced Service/ Contract Sales Advisor to join an extremely reputable, family-run SME based in Andover. This business manufactures and installs high end automated gates. As a Service/ Contract Sales Advisor, your role will be responsible for contacting all of our valued clients and advising them on service plans after warranty has expired, advise customers of the benefits of a service plan, upsell on almost expired service plans and expired contracts.
Please note- this is an office based role and you must have access to a vehicle, as the premises are in a remote location with no public transport
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Working from a database of customers who have our products installed at their premises Advise customers of our Bronze, Silver and Gold service plans/ Contracts Promote the benefits of the plans once warranty has expired Upsell on existing plans from Bronze to Gold Develop a relationship with the customer for repeat business Database cleansing to ensure accurate and credible current & potential customer information. Ensure all information is accurately updated on the company database Requirements
Experienced in telephone communication Excellent customer Service skills Hungry, and determined Accuracy and attention to detail Good computer skills - Excel, Word and Outlook Benefits
Monday - Friday 8.00am- 16.00pm (Flexible on hours) Salary- 25,000- 28,000 basic Company bonus after probation
