Position: Service Coordinator/ Administrator

Location: Crayford, Dartford

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £23,000 to £27,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join an established team of coordinators in the Crayford area of Dartford

This administrator will be joining a team of coordinators that deal with the planned and reactive maintenance for commercial sites throughout London.

The position will include dealing with incoming calls from clients, reporting issues onto the system, organising engineers to attend site, planning materials if required, progress reporting to the client, organising quotations if needed, inputting out of hours information and processing time sheets.

This is an office based position, so there is no remote working

Requirements

• Strong administration background
• Must have some form of experience dealing with coordinating engineers or staff for maintenance calls
• Based in a commutable distance to Crayford
• Must be willing to work in the office as there is no remote working
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills

Package

• Basic salary subject to experience level
• Monday to Friday potions
• Office hours 8am until 5pm
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Pension and death in service
• Potential for overtime if wanted
