Service Delivery Analyst – 24×7 shifts – Portsmouth – £45,000
My Global Infrastructure consultancy client are currently recruiting for an Service Delivery Analyst to coordinate the Command Center and Technical Teams for problem determination and recovery, Identify and implement and service improvements.
Core Responsibilities:
Technical Management of live services.
Coordination of Command Center and Technical Teams for problem determination and recovery
Identify and implement service improvements.
Own and drive all service incidents through to service recovery.
Planning and Implementation of weekend maintenance period tasks
Manage change activity on live services.
Participate in 24/7 Rotating Shift Pattern
Support end to end Project life cycle by working with project teams to assess, plan, document and implement new solutions/upgrades.
Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the wider Command Center Team.
Participate in meetings requiring Technical Lead input for issues, solutions and planning affecting the Command Center
Required Experience:
Service Level Management (Incident, Problem and Change Management)
Enterprise Level Infrastructure Understanding/Troubleshooting (Linux, DB2, MQ, Microsoft Windows Server, Network)
Experience in an Operations environment.
Previous leadership experience would be highly advantageous.
Happy to work shifts – 24/7 Rotating Shift Pattern mix of 8/9 and 12 hour shifts
