Your new role
The client is looking for a Service Delivery Lead to come on to lead the Service Transition elements across a VDI project.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience leading Service Transition in projects involving migrating end users
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in a VDI or user-journey focussed project
- Financial services experience is great to have
