ITSM Service Delivery Lead - Permanent - £65,000 - £70,000 - London, Hybrid
An ITSM Service Delivery Lead is required for a major internal Asset Management company based in London. The organisation has completed a restructure and are looking for an ITSM Service Delivery Lead. In this newly created role, your main purpose is to lead a team of Infrastructure Engineers, delivering consistent, global customer service. You will be the technical escalation point to the team and proactively monitor service desk tools, analyse trends, and recommend any improvements required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Infrastructure Support Engineers, you will provide support, supervision, mentorship, and guidance
- Monitor all IT infrastructure incidents and service requests whilst providing regular MI to senior management, analysing, and recommending any areas of improvement.
- Administration of the global ITSM Service, continuously reviewing it to identify any issues and make any recommendations for improving the tools usage across the department
- Communicate with external vendors to ensure the company is receiving best quality service, whilst within budget.
- Ensure that all team members follow the Service Delivery process at best practice
Skills and requirements:
- Previous experience of leadership of technical support teams
- Technical Infrastructure support and problem-solving knowledge in Microsoft End User and operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, TCP/IP and DNS and any other network protocols
- Previous experience of ITSM administration
- ITIL
- Microsoft Azure, O365
- Cisco router/switch management
