Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join a reputable Education Group based in West London.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of the IT team and will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support services to the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day IT service desk operations, including providing technical support to users
- ensuring that incidents are responded to in a timely manner.
- Ensure ITIL processes are being followed accurately and promoted throughout the Service Desk team
- Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and for ensuring that all IT service desk processes are followed.
- Develop service desk processes and procedures, ensuring that the service desk is always up to date with the latest technologies.
- Assist with the delivery of a range of exciting and complex projects.
- Building and configuring new devices, from laptops to Mac Books, desktops and more.
Technical Skills Required:
- Knowledge of service desk processes and procedures
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Experience of managing a service desk team
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Console
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online) & Azure
- Knowledge of deployment and device build tools - JAMF, Intune, Apple School Configurator
- Knowledge of network technologies and protocols
- Knowledge of Audio Visual equipment

- £47,500 (Dependant on experience )
