Main Duties of the Role
- Overall responsibility of customer service levels, client retention and team performance
- Management of your team whilst being hands on, approachable and focused on resolution
- Take ownership of the Service Desk strategy
- Provide continuous communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Creating and delivering regular reports
- Deal with grievances and manage escalations
- Manage fault resolution through to resolution.
- Onboard new clients
- Keeping the ticketing system up-to-date
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience within a similar role, ideally within a technical environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid people management skills
- Flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
- Ability to ensure SLA’s are adhered to
Salary
- £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience
