SalaryService Designer - Permanent - up to £56,000
We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our clients in the public sector on a permanent basis. This role will be key in establishing service design as a capability within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop existing service blueprints and journey maps to provide direction for new and improved customer journeys and the underlying technology, processes and support needed to deliver customer experiences.
- Provide assurance for the design and research work delivered by external partners.
- Conduct research and analyse data within existing services, identify root causes for that failure and collaboratively create solutions to address issues.
- Support Service Design Manager to build a wider organisational understanding of Service Design
Requirements:
- Stakeholder engagement including experience in engaging with a range of disciplines and gaining buy in
- Experience in leading analysis and synthesis of outputs from workshops
- Agile delivery and Agile practices
- Deep knowledge of Service Design - service maps/blueprints, customer journey mapping, UX and CX
- Ability to develop high-level service prototypes
- Good facilitation skills and ability to bring a team together
The role:
- Permanent, full-time
- Hybrid working in London
- Paying up-to £56,000 + generous pension contributions!
