Form of workService Designer required to help create seamless digital experience for customers within this leading UK organisation. Working with agile product teams you'll attend workshops and help visualise outcomes led by real customer and market insights. Supporting research and enabling good design decisions - it's important that you are a collaborative team player.
Experience required includes:-
- Significant Service Design background in the commercial sector
- Solid understanding of UX and CX design principles
- Awareness of user/customer research methods
- Innovative problem solver with a passion for good service design
Role will be hybrid based from their modern Edinburgh offices two days per week.
