Service Desk Analyst

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Service Desk Analyst on a full time, permanent basis in Rugby.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of the technical system administration, development, and procedural activities, along with the delivery of the business as usual functions. There will be a requirement to plan and undertake project activities and to provide specialist advice across a range of areas.

Day to day, you will:

• Act as a lead technical point of contact for Service Desk specifically supporting applications
• Investigate complex issues
• Provide good customer service
• Log, mange, update and resolve user incidents
