Join our Information Services team to help resolve user queries, keeping our technology working!
As the Service Desk Analyst you will be the single point of contact for the Information Services team, ensuring accurate recording and handling of all IS incidents and requests.
You’ll provide a communications interface between the IS department and all IS customers and suppliers.
Working collaboratively with colleagues within the immediate and wider teams to ensure calls are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring all incidents/ request reported by user are accurately recorded and given the initial support required
- Track the resolution of incidents/ request to ensure they are progressed and resolved
- Provide first fix support including password resets, investigating, and resolving windows desktop issues
The must haves
- Hold GCSE min grade C/4 in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Experience working in an ICT support environment and able to provide a high level of customer service
- Experience of prioritising tasks for own work and incoming calls

Salary - £24,462 - £29,874
For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
