MCS Group are currently working with a well-established Manufacturing company who are growing on a global basis and seeking to add a Service Desk Manager to the team to assist the hands on 2nd and 3rd Line support within the Factory
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a few years of experience within an IT Service Desk Management in a fast paced environment to get hands on with lots of new challenging technology and develop the systems from the ground up and building out your own Service Desk team.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the:
1st, 2nd and 3rd line support of the local in-house team and wider company.
Office 365 support, Active Directory, Licensing support.
Provide support for company ERP System.
Create an SLA for the business and how to manage incoming tickets.
Maintain the day to day operation of the IT Support function.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in an IT Support role.
Hands-on hardware and software support.
1-2 years managing an IT Support team
Access to a vehicle and driving licence.
ERP Support experience would be advantageous.
