Service Desk Support Engineer

I am looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join my clients team within the retail industry. You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support to end customers, including testing of returned hardware, logging technical tickets and provisioning of hardware and software.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (essential)
- Provisioning of hardware
- Testing of returned equipment
- Logging Service Desk issues
- General technical admin
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Hands-on approach
