Role: Service Desk Team Lead
Location: Wolverhampton (Remote/Hybrid)
Salary: £32,500 - £37,500
The Client:
I am working with an exciting, national company, who are looking to expand their impressive in-house IT support team with a new Service Desk Team Lead. The role is largely home based but a monthly trip to Wolverhampton may be required so it is important applicants are within this area.
IT Support Technician Specification:
- A minimum of 3 years experience on a IT Service Desk
- Experience in Office 365 and Microsoft 365
- Experience in Azure (Highly Desirable)
- Great communication skills
- End User Support Experience
- Knowledge and experience of Teams and OneDrive
- Experience of managing teams
